Traditional Aloha prints were never made in a hurry. They were built through patience, repetition and skill, with each colour separated, layered and individually silkscreened to create a depth and softness that digital printing simply cannot replicate.

For this chapter of Aloha, we took that tradition and travelled through Malaysia. From Penang in the north, through The Sticks and its waterfalls near Janda Baik, all the way to Pulau Kapas on the east coast. From left to right, the prints become a journey through the flowers, water and landscapes we love.

Complex, colourful and deliberately difficult to produce, every print celebrates the beauty of making things properly. Aloha through Malaysian eyes, with craftsmanship at the heart of it all.
